St. Louis School admits students at 8:45 a.m. and dismisses students at 3:40 p.m. The school is not responsible for supervision of students before or after the times stated above, and the school is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Parents are advised, therefore, for the safety of their children, to follow the times stipulated when dropping off or picking up students.
During the first week of school, parents may accompany their child/children to the classroom. After this time, when a child reaches the school building, he/she must proceed to class independently.
If the student is participating in a scheduled, supervised activity before or after the hours noted above, specific arrangements must be made for drop-off and/or pick-up at the designated time.
Students entering kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible to participate in Before and After School Care. Pre-k children are not eligible to attend.
Fees for Before Care:
$100 per month – full time students (more than 10 days a month) – due the first of the month
$10.00 per day – part time students – billed at the end of the month and due by the 5th of the next month
