Fr. Greg Rapsiarda -Associate Pastor

Father Gregory A. Rapisarda was ordained a priest on June 12, 2010. He had been ordained a Permanent Deacon in 2003. Following the death of his wife, Carol, in 2006, Fr. Greg entered St. Mary’s Seminary in Baltimore for a two-year formation program.

Fr. Greg and Carol were married in 1968 and had four children, one of whom, Fr. John Rapisarda was ordained a priest in 2008. Fr. Greg and his son, Fr. John, are the first “father-son” priests in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Fr. Greg has been an attorney since 1972, and gave up his law practice to enter seminary.

As a Deacon, Fr. Greg has been assigned to St. Margaret Parish in Bel Air, St. Joseph in Fullerton, and St. Francis de Sales in Abingdon. St. Louis Parish is Fr. Greg’s first assignment as a priest.
