Before and After School Care
Before school care is provided from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. The drop-off time is no earlier than 7:30 a.m. If the school day is delayed (e.g. inclement weather), the opening of before care is also delayed. During Before Care, students will have the opportunity to do homework, study for a test, read, or engage in quiet play. At 8:00 a.m., milk and a snack will be provided. The cost for before care is $100 per month for students attending before care more than ten days per month and $10 per day for students who attend before care ten or fewer days per month.
After school care is available from dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Students will receive a snack, engage in playtime, and have the opportunity to complete homework. The cost for after care is $150 per month for students attending after care more than ten days per month and $10 per day for students who attend after care ten or fewer days per month.
St. Louis School students entering kindergarten through eighth grade are eligible to participate in before care and after care. Prekindergarten students are not eligible to attend. Registration is required to participate in the programs which are licensed by the State of Maryland.
