Electronic Contribution Program

St. Louis Parish offers you a convenient option of contributing your weekly offertory through the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Program. Contributing to the offertory through EFT yields very significant benefits to you and to the parish. Contributing electronically allows you to use a checking account or savings account to "Give to God First" by contributing safely, simply, and automatically. It also saves you time from writing checks and looking for your offertory envelopes.

St. Louis benefits from EFT because the administrative costs associated with offertory reporting are greatly reduced. There is no need to process donations, key in envelope transactions, or even print envelopes and statements. The parish spends over $10,000 a year on the offertory envelope program. Many more staff and volunteer hours are spent providing program administration and follow-up. Another advantage for the parish is that, with an EFT plan, there is a more predictable income flow. Weekends with bad weather, or even major holiday weekends, negatively impact the amount of money received and, in most cases, the deficit is never recouped.
