The 144th Annual Clarksville Picnic - Open For Business!

We hope to see everyone on Saturday, June 25th. Sales start at 9 am with Food and Games from Noon to 8 pm.

Silent Auction is open.  Follow this link to be the first to make a bid or buy a chance on raffle baskets. See many items in person after mass this weekend.

The White Elephant is open for business - but closed on Sundays:

  • Collections (9 to 5). Three nights until 8 pm - Fri 6/17, Wed 6/22 and Thu 6/23
  • Sales - 9 to 4 weekdays and picnic day, 12:30-3:30 Sat, 6/18.

See dates and hours  of operation on the White Elephant Hours of Operation Sheet.  Donations are limited to gently used items which appear in the White Elephant Donation Guidelines. If you can spare 2 to 3 hours during those times they could really use your help. A great way to spend time and make connections. Sign up  so we know you’ll be joining the team. Lunch hours - 12 to 3 pm - are typically the most busy. We can use your help!

Purchase 50/50 Raffle Tickets

The 50/50 - Current prize is around $8,500. Tickets are one for $10 or three for $25.  Share on social media or text.

We have a desperate need for these activities:

  • Dinner Tent Cleanup - Relive days when dishes were washed by hand.
  • After Dinner Sales - Bulk sales, IF we have leftovers, after 6 pm and on Sunday.
  • Face Painting - Could use a leader.
  • Feed the Community - Pizza, Soda, Fast Food, Dinner Tent, Carry out

All activities could use more volunteers. School families and confirmation candidates can earn volunteer hours - everyone can connect!

Bake Sale
Pick up a flier after mass. We need your help to feed the community's sweet tooth. Drop off your specialty Fri, 6/24, 9 to 5 at the School or on Sat, 6/25 look for the Bake Sale Drop off sign as you enter the campus. Let us know what you are bringing by clicking here.
