CONFIRMATION 2024 REGISTRATION
All High-schoolers (9th-11th grades) are invited to register and attend the kickoff (on Jan. 21, please RSVP on form below). Confirmation will be in November per the Bishop’s schedule. BAPTISMAL INFORMATION DUE AT REGISTRATION (Have certificate handy to fill in information, and ready to upload or mail in.)
All candidates must be currently enrolled in a Faith Formation program (or attend Catholic school) at time of registration. If candidate is not currently attending faith formation, they will need to attend CYM-led sessions in the Spring and Summer. Information and options provided at Kickoff. Asynchronous preparation January-August; In-person classes for all candidates required September-November.
