Pastoral Visitors

Our Pastoral Visitors are a wonderful group of parishioners who minister to the

• homebound who are not able to come to Mass
• hospitalized and
• nursing home residents

to be the visible face of love from the Church.

The Pastoral Visitors work closely with the pastoral staff each fall to help plan and publicize a yearly Mass of Anointing. Each year we hold a retreat that allows us a day to reflect and contemplate on the joy and privilege of our ministry.

We are seeking to expand the number of lay volunteers for our Pastoral Visitor Ministries at both St. Francis of Assisi and St. Louis.
